How do i apply? |
| We
refer to our vendors as merchants. Just click on any apply
link to get a merchant ID. You will then be able to activate
your website for online payment in minutes. |

Do I need to enter the things I charge in your database? |
| Absolutely
NOT. Its an easy PLUG-N-RUN implementation so you dont
have to ad your products to a database. |
| 5.)
How will my client be charged? |
| After
you have properly coded your buy page, the clientwill
be redirected to a netbanks pop-up window or frame (depends
on what you choose) where they will need to confirm their
purchase, purchase more items, give their identity and
enter their credit card information. On their monthly
bank statement the company that will appear is "NETBANKS
IBILL". |

Is it safe? |
| Not
only safe its safe and secure as we have implemented SSL
with all transactions to ensure that maximum security
is achieved. |

How do I know that somebody has purchased something from
my site? |
You
will be sent a confirmation letter of an order, your client
will receive a confirmation letter of his payment, and
the information of what he bought or paid for will be
saved in a robust database (MSSQL) where you can review
it at anytime using your merchant account access at http://www.netbanks.net
If within 24 hours you donot receive an email from us
stopping the transaction, then the purchase is good. |

Should I ship the item immediately after purchase? |
| For
tangible items, it is advisable to wait for 1 day for
verification of the transaction before you ship the item.
You will need to wait 24 hours to ensure the transaction
is approved without problems. Meaning If there are no
refunds or you donot receive an email from us advising
of a failed transaction, after 1 day you can safely ship
it and we will be crediting your account. |

How much are your fees? |
| Pls
see the rate table. We donot
have any other fees if you dont have any transactions. |

How much will I get? |
|
The
discount rate varies on the amount of each transaction.
The higher the transaction amount, the lower the rate.
If for example its is 9.9% and $0.50 per transaction,
if you have a sale of $100, we will debit $10.40
and $89.60 is for you to keep.

When will I get my payment? |
| We
have 1 cut-off every end of the month. Check and Wire
Payments will be paid 4 weeks after each cut-off asuming
the day is a banking business day. If the day falls on
a non-banking day, payments will be released on the next
available banking day. |

Do you have a hold-back fee? |
| Some
companies do have a holdback fee, which is returned after
a couple of months. But us, NO, we currently don't and
hopefuly we wont. |

How much is the chargeback fee? |
| Chargebacks
are either caused by stolen credit cards or unsatisfied
customers so make sure you inform the client of the complete
details of what he is paying for so that he will be satisfied
when he pays for it and not ask for a chargeback. You
will be able to request for a refund without chargeback
up to a day after the transaction so be sure to check
all transactions. If in case there will be a chargeback
fee, we will debit your next paydate of a fixed $25.00
chargeback fee per incident plus the total amount of the
transaction being disputed. The transaction fees will
not be refunded as the service has already been rendered
at the time of purchase. |

How can i eliminate chargebacks? |
| Be
sure to completely inform your client of all the aspects
of what he is paying for so he will be satisfied afer
payment. For shipped orders, it is advisable not to ship
items whose shipping address and paying address are different.
We will be informing you a case of this happens so we
can assess the action to be taken. It is just a recommendation
to minimize the risk. Also, when shipping items, have
a return ticket to ensure the signing person receives
the item. Also have an insurance for expensive and delicate
items to minimize loss in breakage. |

I bought an item from a merchant but i have not received
the items i ordered. |
| If
this case happens, inform us immediately so that we can
coordinate with the merchant. In any case, if we could
not contact the merchant, we will be refunding any amount
you have paid for that transaction. |

| We
are always open to suggestions to further improve our
services. It is for you that we are here. |

How do I make my on-line order page look more like my
web page? |
| You
can apply with one of our services, the customized cart,
as you can also customize the messages that the client
will receive after payment. |

Can the client be redirected to the thankyou page? |
| Yes,
you can set it up inside your mechant login - its the
URL where the client will be redirected after a successful
payment. |
| 19.)
How do I integrate a shipping fee in the orders of my
client? |
| You
can place them as additional items or hidden tags with
specified amounts. If you subscribe to the customized
cart, you can specify the shipping by weight, quantity,
table, etc. with your own preference. |

How do I discontinue Netbank's services? |
| Just
email us 30 days before so we can settle all balances
to be paid and will have a clean record. |
| 21.)
Does netbanks process payments for donations to non-profits?

| We
processes payments for donations to non-profits, like
charities, political campaigns, emergency relief funds,
and issue-specific causes. |

What is your advantage over the other payment processors?
|
| Even
though there might be some processors with lower rates,
they have a signup fee. Sometimes the percentage rate
would seem lower but in reality when you compute it, it
is not. Also I would say that our major advantage is friendliness
and fast response as this is crucial for vendor relationships
to grow. |

Can you lower the fees? |
| We
can adjust your fees depending on the amount of transaction
for the month (more than $3,000.00). We may be able to
negotiate a little bit. Just in case your transaction
goes over the minimum amount, contact us. |

What restrictions do you have? |

We reserve the right to verify the website of vendors
to ensure proper observance of product restrictions.
The contract of netbanks to any vendor/website found
to be selling items in the Prohibited List will be terminated
without notice and all remaining funds will be put on
hold.
