This implements a dependent POPUP. Dependent popup menas if you close the merchant window, the order window also closes, leaving no trace of the transaction!

You may notice that we did not implement STYLE tags that will add beauty to forms
in IE as we gave emphasis to compatibility to multiple browsers rather than great design in IE but will not work in Netscape, AOL and other popular browsers. The system is cross-platform tested and passed the tests.
